A whole days guided tour visiting the islands of Streymoy, Eysturoy, Borðoy, Kalsoy, Kunoy and Viðoy. Relax and listen to the stories and legends from the local tour guide. Sailing on a small ferry to the beautiful Kalsoy island, where we will visit Trøllanes, Mikladalur, Húsar and Syðradalur.
In Trøllanes you will visit a local smithy & Souvenir Shop. You can visit the tiny kiosk and maybe see some Puffins and other sea birds nesting near by. Here you will also be able to take the optional hike out to Kallur Lightouse, close to the famous James Bond Memorial. Those who don’t opt for the hike will have time to see the sights in the village and visit the nearby but very secretive Djúpadalur.
Mikladalur is the home of the famous Seal Woman statue and Syðradalur offers a beautiful Memorial to locals who have died at sea.
We will board the ferry for Kalsoy in Klaksvík, the second-most populous city in the Faroes, and then we visit the quiet Kunoy and stunning Viðoy. There we will see a few landmarks and enjoy some stunning scenery. This is sure to be a day you will not forget anytime soon.
